What are the lease terms?

We offer lease terms ranging from 3 to 18 months, subject to availability. Additional fees apply based on the lease term:

• 3-6 month lease: $500
• 7-11 month lease: $300
• 12-18 month lease: Market rent

What are the application and community fees?

There is a $35 application fee and a $99 administrative fee. Please contact our leasing team for additional information regarding applicable fees.

Are there income or credit requirements?

All applicants must meet the community’s established rental qualification criteria, which may include income, credit, rental history, and background screening requirements. The rent to income ratio must be 33% or lower; this includes the combined monthly income of all persons 18 years and older anticipating residency in the home. Please contact our leasing team for additional information or to request a copy of the community’s rental criteria.

How can I pay rent?

Residents can make secure rent payments online through the resident portal. Additional payment options may be available. Please contact the management office if you need assistance with your account or available payment methods.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can submit routine maintenance requests through the online resident portal. For maintenance emergencies, please contact the community’s emergency maintenance line for immediate assistance.
